Water samples from Oi Tung Estate, Shek Pai Wan Estate Phase 2, Lei Yue Mun Estate Phase 2, Shek Lei (II) Estate and Ching Ho Estate Phase 3 have passed safety checks.
They met the World Health Organisation’s standard for lead content.
The Housing Department and the Water Supplies Department are conducting water sample tests in phases at public rental housing estates completed between 2005 and 2010 for lead content.
The sampling work will be completed this month.
