Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen has refuted a claim by the Bar Association that the Task Force on Constitutional Development report may quote public views out of context.
Speaking to the media today, Mr Yuen assured that the report will truly reflect all views collected during the consultation period.
He said all written submissions will be included in the report’s appendix.
He said he believes the Chief Executive’s report will include community sentiments after the expiry of the consultation period.
