3.39m vaccine doses administered

About 3,394,600 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 2,056,800 people receiving their first dose and around 1,337,800 getting their second dose.

 

Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 897,600 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 1,159,200 people have received the BioNTech one.

 

For the second dose, about 548,900 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 788,900 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.

 

About 13,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 5,700 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.

 

For the BioNTech vaccine, about 17,500 people received their first dose and about 10,000 people received their second dose.

 

The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 97%, while it is 98% for the BioNTech one.

 

As of 8pm, about 7,100 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 25,700 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.

 

As of midnight, 11 people were sent to hospitals.
