The tender for a Fanling site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $812.94 million, the Lands Department announced today.

Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 268 at the junction of On Lok Mun Street, On Chuen Street and On Kui Street was awarded to Mapletree TM (HKSAR), a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments.

It has a site area of about 4,028 sq m and is designated for industrial purposes.

The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 12,084 sq m and 20,140 sq m, both excluding the gross floor area of the public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser under the conditions of sale.
