Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So will visit Germany and France from May 31 to June 6.
In Berlin Mr So will meet Senator for Economics, Technology & Research Cornelia Yzer and Chinese Embassy Envoy Li Xiaosi, as well as the city's Hong Kong community.
He will then attend an intellectual property trading roundtable discussion and speak at a gala dinner. He will also visit a Berlin-based accelerator for digital entrepreneurs, and Adlershof - the Berlin government's high-tech park project.
In Paris he will attend the Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development Ministerial Council Meeting and a World Trade Organisation informal ministerial meeting.
Mr So's last stop will be Burgundy, where he will tour a company specialising in innovative closed-circuit television solutions and meet with government officials and the business community.
