Patrick Nip visits Kwun Tong

Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Patrick Nip visited an elderly centre in Kwun Tong today in his first community visit since taking office.
He visited the Po Leung Kuk Lau Chan Siu Po District Elderly Community Centre and was briefed on its care services.
He spoke with seniors there to learn about their daily lives and had lunch with them.
Mr Nip also distributed gift packs to elderly households in the district under the Celebrations for All project.
He said he has a special attachment to Kwun Tong as it is where he spent his adolescence.
Mr Nip added he will visit different districts more often to get in touch with various sectors of the community.
