Commission of Inquiry into Excess Lead Found in Drinking Water Chairman Justice Andrew Chan and Commissioner Alan Lai inspected water treatment facilities in Sha Tin and at the Government Laboratory today.
Justice Chan and Mr Lai inspected Sha Tin Water Treatment Works and Sha Tin South Fresh Water Service Reservoir to understand their water treatment processes, and water quality testing and monitoring.
They later visited the Government Laboratory in Ho Man Tin to learn about the process and technology in the examination of water and pipe samples.
Meanwhile, the Commission Secretariat has set up a website for future dissemination of information about the inquiry.
