Chief Executive CY Leung has urged the community to be inclusive to allow different people to express views.
Noting protesters disturbed officials during a promotional activity in Mei Foo yesterday, Mr Leung told the media today he does not want to see chaos every time officials visit a district to publicise the Government's reform package.
He said it is important that different people in the community are allowed to express their views.
The Government has been reaching out to different sectors, including the pan-democratic legislators who oppose the package, which shows his administration is open to different views, Mr Leung added.
