There is no need for the Government to ask for help from the People's Liberation Army in handling the Occupy Central movement, Chief Executive CY Leung reiterated today.
Mr Leung rejected this rumour which has been circulating online in recent days, and urged people not to believe this misinformation, nor to recirculate it.
The Hong Kong Police force is professional and capable, he stressed, adding he is confident that the force can handle the protests.
