Chief Executive CY Leung urges the community to use legal means to express views on constitutional development.

Addressing the media before the Executive Council meeting today, Mr Leung said the behaviour of the Occupy Central organisers had hindered Hong Kong’s constitutional reform process.

Noting that the National People’s Congress Standing Committee will soon make a decision on his report on constitutional reform, he said he hopes the community will express their views in a peaceful and legal manner.
