Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen appeals to those who plan to participate in public events on New Year's Day to exercise their rights in accordance with the law.
Speaking to media today, he noted that Hong Kong people enjoy the right to hold lawful demonstrations. He added that the Government will consider all opinions on constitutional reform and take them into account.
