Terms of Reference

1. To advise the Commissioner for Digital Policy on policies and procedures in respect of funding of administrative computer projects within Government under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation so that projects are implemented in a coordinated and cost-effective manner;
2. To consider proposals of administrative computer projects within Government under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation Subhead A007GX - New administrative computer systems (block allocation), and to advise the Commissioner for Digital Policy on whether support should be given to individual major administrative computer projects under CWRF Head 710 Computerisation;
3. To consider and monitor expenditure of the CWRF Head 710 Computerisation as a whole, with special focus on Subhead A007GX - New administrative computer systems (block allocation); and
4. To review and evaluate the benefits brought by the implementation of administrative computer projects.
