• To provide a forum for the discussion of all matters relating to the employment of engineering and associated consultants.
• Note 1 : The Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong can nominate all its incumbent council members as the Consulting Engineers' Committee (CEC) members and send up to five of them to attend the CEC meetings.
