Terms of Reference

To advise the Government on the general direction, strategies, focus areas and key performance indicators of InnoHK, the viability of its continuous operation, and on the following matters-

1. admission of research laboratories into InnoHK;
2. the operational and financial sustainability of the research laboratories established under InnoHK;
3. whether to accept the operational and financial management reports and documents submitted by the research laboratories established under InnoHK;
4. the disbursement and use of funds provided to the research laboratories established under InnoHK; and
5. the suitability of a research laboratory to continuously operate in InnoHK.
