Terms of Reference

1. To advise on the formulation of policies for the investment of the Fund;
2. to make recommendations in respect of the monitoring of the investment of the Fund;
3. to advise on the appointment of fund managers, as appropriate, to handle the investment of the Fund; and
4. to submit its advice and recommendations to the Steering Committee for information.
