The Department of Justice said today a staff member at the West Kowloon Law Courts Building has tested positive for COVID-19.

The staff member has no recent travel history and last performed her duties on November 26.

She wore a surgical mask, maintained social distancing and had a normal body temperature while at work.

The department said thorough cleaning and sterilisation of the building has been arranged.

It will continue to remind all staff to strictly comply with the hygiene measures for infectious diseases provided by the Centre for Health Protection.
